Regimental Dinner, Marksmanship Trials
& Conferences

Our annual non-combat weekend, with both in and out of character conferences, as well as the annual Marksmanship Trials. The plan is to make the Regimental Dinner as special as last year's event, so dress uniforms, black tie & dinner jackets, or posh frocks etc. will be an absolute must. You have a whole year to prepare, assuming that is that you are not reading this for the first time a week before the event!

The costs for the Regimental Dinner and Conference weekend are as follows:

The timetable for the event will be:

Friday:
12:00 - onwards: arrive anytime during the afternoon/evening.
18:00-23:30: Marksmanship Trials (dinner will be available from 20:00 onwards).

Saturday:
08:00: Breakfast
09:00-16:00: The Conference, Part 1.
16:00-18:00: Preparation time. This is to give everyone the opportunity to make use of the showers before dressing for dinner.
18:00 - till late: The Main Event: starting with a reception with drinks and the medal awards ceremony, followed by the meal proper starting at circa 18:30.

Sunday:
08:00: Breakfast
09:00-14:00: The Conference, Part 2.
14:00: Lunch.
15:00-17:00 Pack up and go home.
